The 75% price increase felt pretty steep, especially since I wasn’t informed until after pickup — a heads-up would’ve been appreciated. I’ve seen more affordable options on Rover, so while I’m not unhappy with the service, it may not be my first choice next time. A couple of other notes: 1.   There’s a large dog at the front desk that tends to bark when people walk in — it can be a bit startling for kids and other dogs. 2.   Being closed on Sundays makes it harder for weekend travelers and essentially adds an extra day of boarding. Many other places do offer Sunday hours. I love this place. I’ve been bringing my dog here for boarding and grooming for a couple years. The owner is a genuinely nice person and very knowledgeable about animals. He has taken my dog at the last minute, informed me she had an ear infection and helped me treat her at no extra cost (I had the medication sent via Amazon), Once even accepted my dog when he was actually closed.
